Renata Duek

Renata Duek co-founded Connect Car LLC in 2022 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. She oversees rental operations, customer service, insurance coordination, and the host-partnership program — including partners who list through Turo, Getaround, HyreCar, and direct rentals.

Renata works closely with the rental-insurance side of the business. ConnectCar provides comprehensive coverage — liability, collision, and theft — through an A+ rated carrier, with claims handled directly by the ConnectCar team rather than handed off to the renter. Operationally, she owns the booking flow, renter verification, and the 24/7 customer-support rotation.

On the editorial side, Renata writes for topics where she has direct operational experience: rental insurance, customer onboarding, and host operations. She edits the company's insurance policy page and contributes to blog posts covering host earnings, payout logistics, and platform integrations.
